Best use of Negative Gearing Properties


Now days, most of the people have more money and they keep on investing in properties, but at times they don’t take much care of it leading to the property being a negative gearing one.
Of what use could such a property be?
I don’t like properties remaining idle and if anyone around / known to me is keeping their property idle, I always suggest them to give it on rent or utilize it in any other best way possible.  After all, it is an investment and how good it would be if it is possible to convert a negative gearing property into a positive gearing one.
Recently one of my colleagues had done so with the help of Paul and Karen.  He informed the details of property to both of them and they assured of finding a suitable renter as well as took complete responsibility of them.  The property which was lying idle since last few months got a suitable renter and is well maintained now.
He now regrets of not taking this decision of converting his negative gearing property into a positive gearing one earlier.  However, it is better late than never and their support was very good.
